The inner walls will be plastered with Smooth putty plaster and painted with Tractor emulsion, the outer walls will be painted with whether shield paint over one coat of outer primer . Door frames will be painted with enamel paints.

ISI brand concealed Orbit Copper or equivalent brand wiring for three phase supply with independent Meter and manual phase changeover .Anchor Roma or equal ISI brand white color modular type Switches will be provided.

One calling bell point will be provided beside the main door frame. One light point will be provided in wash area, Balcony area. One light point will be provided on top of entrance door frame. Inverter point provided. Extra points will be provided @ extra Cost.
